Share capital in CTT amounts to SEK 10,846,714 distributed among 10,846,714 shares with a quota value of SEK 1. All shares give the same entitlement to the company's assets and income. Each share entitles the holder to one vote. At the AGM, each person entitled to vote may vote for the full number of shares he owns and/or represents without limitation of voting rights.

Share listings
Shares in CTT were first listed on the SBI list in 1997, but were transferred in 1999 to the O-list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, now the Small Cap listing of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB. Listing means, amongst other things, that CTT follows the Stockholm Stock Exchange's rules regarding stock market information. The company thus publishes financial reports and other stockmarket information, and follows other rules and practices, which apply, to a listed company.
